Therapist Overview
I am an independently licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Licensed Social Worker. I began my career as a substance abuse counselor, working primarily with clients who were undergoing detoxification from drugs and alcohol. I later counseled individuals who had been released from the federal prison system. I served as the Director for Cornerstone of Recovery – Ohio for eight years. Today, in addition to working with clients who have faced substance abuse, I counsel clients with a broad-based, comprehensive approach, helping them to overcome depressive and anxiety symptoms in order to experience a more enjoyable life. Let’s determine together the extent and severity of your substance abuse and/or dependence. We can explore treatment options and uncover the “life-traps” that may impact you, including recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Due to the recent health crisis, I am now offering TeleTherapy!
