Therapist Overview
My world view was born out of a lifelong interest in the work of Swiss Psychologist, C.G. Jung, who viewed the individual as more than a set of nervous disorders. Jung believed that the more you know about yourself, the more you are able to access your own inner healing processes. I work with a client’s strengths and I am not judgmental about behaviors that can block the way, although I advocate a clear-eyed look at them. I worked in the Substance Abuse Services program at Placer County for ten years and I support clients who are in recovery.
