As a Certified Consultant of The Association For Applied Sport Psychology, my ideal client is the athlete looking to reduce performance anxiety, improve concentration, learn how to effectively set both short-term and long-term goals, increase/maintain motivation, build self-confidence, recover from injury and/or add more effective pre-training and pre-competition routines. I work with athletes as teens, college aged, and professional athletes. My background and specialization is in soccer, although I do work with many other sports and performance situations including tennis, golf, swimming, volleyball, baseball, and basketball. I teach my clients how to effectively prepare for, successfully navigate, and debrief from the competitive challenges they face. I offer my clients in office, virtual, and training site sessions. I teach clients how to use actual applied mental training tools/techniques they can take away from office sessions and will use for practice, competition. My mental tra
