Crystal Maust

I am a counselor with many years of overseas and cross-cultural experience, which has highlighted for me the strengths and challenges common to all people, no matter where we are from or now call home. Rocky transitions of all kinds, marriage and parenting issues, including attachment issues related to adoption-are all areas I have experience in. I work with those who are interested in resolving past painful experiences, addressing present difficulties, and building towards a healthier future for themselves and those important to them. Some clients are dealing with specific issues, while others are dealing with more general feelings of anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. As a Christian, I believe faith is an important part of growth and healing. My approach is positive, warm and friendly, but I can also be straightforward as appropriate. Some of the tools I use are creative expressive arts, sand tray and guided visualization. All are welcome, including those needing an interpreter
