I have a passion for helping people harness their creative energies to improve their lives. I have a special passion for helping adult survivors of abuse and trauma, people experiencing medical challenges (such as cancer, chronic pain, recently-acquired disabilities, etc.), and the elderly. I also provide creative coaching services for people who want to learn to use art making for wellness and personal development. I also specialize in helping elderly people and their families creatively review and document their life stories. My mission statement is a quote by author and writing teacher Brenda Ueland: “Everybody is talented, original, and has something important to say.” We are all artists and we all have the ability to benefit from creative work.
