I seek to assist clients in understanding the larger framework of their life situation and to establish with them reasonable, step by step goals to achieve personal growth, emotional health and relational healing. Employing modes of mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I engage in empathic feedback and non-judgmental listening.
