I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am licensed in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Supervised by Kathleen Arbuckle, M.E.d, LPC-S. I offer Telehealth Counseling through my supervisor’s Telehealth private practice (Kathleen Arbuckle LPC). Telehealth Counseling allows me as a LPC Associate to provide psychological counseling and support through the use of interactive audio and video technology. My experience in the field primarily includes working with adults who are experiencing problems with: anxiety, depression, coping skills, emotional disturbance, family conflict, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, postpartum depression, and/or stress. As someone who has personally experienced problems related to mental health throughout childhood and early adulthood, I understand how scary and lonely it can feel to experience psychological distress.
