When we understand that one has a tremendous impact on the other, only then can we begin to move towards building resiliency. My office hours will consist of evenings after 530pm to 11pm and Sat to Sun from 8pm to 5pm My specialty is conflict resolution, family services, relationship enhancement and anger management. I offer anger management workshops, Group and individual counseling to address underlying issues of anxiety, PTSD, depression, and consultation accessing resources for disability management. I am a 28 year veteran of United States Army.I received my BA in Psychology from University of Texas/Tyler. I received my Masters in Education with focus in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Texas/Aust
