I have been working with all age groups of clients with an emphasis on depression, anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, for over 20 years. I often work with clients who have not succeeded with other therapies, with training in a broad range of clinical interventions. I use a variety of techniques depending on the needs of the client, some of which include: EMDR for trauma, CBT for depression, behavioral modification, Exposure Response Prevention (for OCD) and brief solution focused therapies. I have worked inpatient and outpatient settings. I am trained in the following :Level 2 Eye Movement Desensitization And Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma and anxiety as well as phobias, Cognitive and Behavioral therapies, and Exposure Response Prevention. I work in a group practice which includes psychiatry and medication management services.
