I specialize in working with survivors as they move through the aftermath of childhood trauma and abuse to reclaim their minds, bodies, and selves. Whether you were subjected to emotional, spiritual/religious, cult, physical, verbal, sexual, and/or some combination of abuse, I am equipped to help you cope with and ultimately alleviate the symptoms and intense emotions left over from trauma and abuse. I will approach our work primarily from an Internal Family Systems perspective, and I will use many different therapeutic models and techniques to find what works best for you.
