I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who can help you explore the roadblocks in your life and create detours that will sustain a healthy life for yourself. I consider myself a health coach who can provide a space for you to become aware of your relationship with the stressors in your life, and make the changes you need to make in order to feel better about yourself and your relationships. I have worked for the past 20 years in drug and alcohol treatment and have created a non shaming way to explore one’s relationship to drugs and alcohol so you can make changes that you are happy about. I view counseling as creating a non judgmental space for you to identify stressors and make the necessary changes that bring about the life you have envisioned for yourself.
