Seeking support is imperative to mental health more than ever. My work is grounded in compassion and support, while offering tools to manage the source of distress. I offer specialized expertise in understanding the whole person in his or her context. My clinical work integrates the use of evidence based interventions while creating a partnership with clients. Individual counseling is offered vis a vis a user friendly HIPAA compliant platform. In addition to psychotherapy, I also conduct client centered assessment, offering compassion and respect while also producing efficient and accurate reports. I use the most up to date and state of the art test and assessment methods. My expertise comes from specialized training in psychological assessment.
