Danielle Herold

Danielle Herold received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Lesley University. She is a trained psychotherapist who has experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychotherapy settings and has worked with adults, children, families, couples, and groups. She has a client-centered approach and is effective in working with anxiety and depression. She also has a background in trauma and eating disorders and a special interest in infertility and adoption. She has a commitment to working with a diverse clientele, including the trans community. Ms. Herold has an eclectic approach to therapy, applying strong psychodynamic therapy skills and CBT as appropriate. She also incorporates mindfulness skills to help clients improve the ability to manage emotions. Ms. Herold taught middle school for several years in Boston private schools, and this background brings a richer perspective to her practice. Ms. Herold believes in a collabor
