Anne Nesvacil

I work with adolescents through adults dealing with a host of life challenges including post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, sexual assault, domestic violence, marital difficulties, recovery from divorce, autism, anger management, depression, substance use disorder, adjustment issues, and end-of-life. I am committed to helping the client increase his or her awareness of choices as well as to help facilitate decision making and goal setting to assist in bringing about a desired change. In this pursuit, I use both Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered approaches. Counseling provides a client with an opportunity for growth and self-discovery within a safe, supportive, and therapeutic relationship. My training is in mental health counseling with an additional specialization in working with women and minorities, though everyone is welcome.
