Greetings. I approach my practice with thoughtfulness, kindness, and an appreciation of the humor in things, while utilizing psychodynamic, family-systems, EMDR, neurologic, and mindfulness-oriented perspectives. With over 25 years in behavioral health as a psychotherapist, a clinical supervisor, and director of community programs, I am comfortable and skilled helping a wide range of problems and a wide range of people. That said, when selecting a counselor it is equally if not more important to consider your impressions and sense of trust when you meet me. I serve individual adults of all ages; couples; and families with children of any age. I address anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict, anger, grief, gender, sexuality, substance abuse assessment, parenting, lower spectrum autism in adults, and disorders that involve psychosis.
