Making the decision to reach out for help when you are feeling lost, confused or find yourself in a difficult situation can be stressful. My goal as a therapist is to make that process less stressful, to empower you and uncover your potential to resolve and overcome the difficulties you face. While we can not change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life today. I am a Christian counselor with experience working with clients dealing with the complications of life through anxiety, depression, anger, and grief. I also have experience working with couples and families through difficult situations. I specialize in play therapy working with children and adolescents.
