This is a difficult time for so many people. By taking the first step to find a therapist for yourself you are already working to improve your own health, wellness and recovery. I have worked with adult men and women in the field of substance use, including those with a history of trauma or loss, for 16 years in a variety of clinical settings and levels of care (i.e. – individual, family, couples, intensive outpatient programming, correctional settings). Currently, I provide individual and couples/family counseling to adults interested in exploring & shifting the role substances have played in their lives. I incorporate a holistic and cognitive-behavioral approach that focuses on how a person’s experiences with the world, and beliefs about themselves & others, may impact choices. My training as a yoga teacher also allows me to guide clients to holistic services that may compliment the therapeutic process.
