Mrs. Corbell is originally from south Arkansas and moved to Tulsa after getting married. She received her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2013. Mrs. Corbell has worked in a variety of settings with children and adolescents. She began her career working at a Neuro-developmental therapy center in Atlanta, Georgia. Her focus here included being an integral part of the clinical team, leading a interactive listening therapy for the center as well as managing a caseload of children. I enjoy working with clients age 3- 17 at Chris King Counseling Services. I also enjoy co-leading a trauma group for young children. This is my favorite thing I get to do. This groups mission is to educate and support parents and guardians with tools to help these young children. When we can understand how trauma impacts the brain only then can we begin to take needed steps to help become part of the solution.
