Susanna Elliot

Susanna has a Master of Arts in Christian Marriage, Family, & Individual Counseling. She specializes in child sexual abuse, domestic violence, pregnancy & infant loss, and other types of trauma. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional & Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist of Sex-trafficking & Exploitation. Prior to becoming a therapist she worked for ten years with women and families as the director of New Creation Counseling & Birth Services as a certified birth & bereavement doula and childbirth educator. She has walked with hundreds of individuals and families during deeply intimate and life altering seasons. Every person is created with value & purpose and is uniquely designed to enjoy relationship with God & others. Often experiences impair our ability to connect, and alter our view of self and our place in the world. Relationships are broken. Brains & bodies malfunction. The world is not predictable. Therapy provides an environment to explore these issues. Susanna is honored to walk alongside those who have experienced adversity as they bravely commit themselves to the journey of healing and recovery.
