Many times, current feelings have roots to experiences that we’ve had previously in our lives that haven’t been given a voice yet. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and affirming environment to help you increase your self-knowledge and clarity around troubling aspects of life. I work with individual adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and communication issues. My approach is humanistic, centering on the needs of the client. I value being flexible in approach depending on need. Some modalities that may come up in our work together include mindfulness, attachment, cognitive behavioral, existential, and psychodynamic techniques to explore and increase awareness of how the past is influencing the current moment.
