Navigating through the course of life and the challenges that arise along the way can become overwhelming to handle alone. Perhaps you or your child is feeling anxious or depressed, having relationship issues, school or work struggles or behavioral challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I am dedicated to providing unique and individualized care for children, adolescents, adults and families with mental health and developmental concerns. I aim to help increase self-awareness as well as mental, emotional and relational well-being and believe that all individuals have capabilities beyond their own beliefs. Through a unique blend of solution focused, cognitive behavioral, art therapy and mindfulness approaches we will work together to identify the connections between thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how to use those connections for positive change. I strive to help my clients enhance their functioning and to learn to navigate in a more efficient way. My primary focus has been treating individuals with anxiety and mood disorders, behavioral disorders, emotional struggles, self-doubt, trauma and family conflict. I specialize in children and adolescents and have worked in a variety of settings including residential programs, private schools and outpatient clinics.
