My approach is holistic, integrating body, mind, soul and spirit. I collaborate with clients to create desired change, and work with individuals who struggle with: uncertainty and self-doubt, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and issues related to career and life direction. I enjoy engaging with motivated clients who seek to transform their relationships to struggle and loss, while opening to an expanded sense of self. My experience includes community mental health, inpatient, and private practice settings. I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2003. I am level II trained in EMDR. A current area of focus is Natural Processing, which is a form of EMDR with a somatic focus.
