I work with clients who seek to broaden their understanding of themselves & grow in their relationships, as well as those who have experienced trauma & loss they wish to heal from. ***I am committed to promoting social justice & serving the LGBT+ community. My approach is integrative, by which I mean that I combine many theories of psychology to adapt to the needs of each client. From the moment you contact me I focus on developing a warm & connected relationship which builds a foundation of security from which you can comfortably access & explore deep levels of yourself to increase healing & connectedness. I understand how difficult it can be to seek counseling whether or not it is your first time. I am here to empower you & provide you with an experience that will enable you to heal & grow. If counseling feels unattainable due to financial burden, please let me know so we can try to work out a rate that feels manageable for you.
