– Sanna is currently accepting new clients – It’s natural to feel hesitation when starting counseling. You may wonder if things will ever get better or be unsure what is causing you to suffer. You may wonder if you are broken, or you may feel some embarrassment with seeking help. My name is Sanna, and I know that you are capable of feeling peace, wholeness, and a deep sense of belonging in this world. I believe that every person is capable of healing and we can all benefit from counseling, even to cope with typical life challenges. Suffering can be part of the human condition, gift yourself a way to resolve this and live in peace. Together we will find the methods and tools that meet your unique needs. I specialize in the human condition, this includes depression and anxiety, and much, much more. In addition to more traditional talk therapy, some people also come to me for meditation, mindfulness, art therapy, ritual work, journey work, and dream interpretation. My goal is to walk with you, support you, problem solve and dive deep with you on your path. I understand how challenging it can be to reach out, but it will be one of the bravest things you ever do.
