Therapy is a great tool to help you identify and address the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that impact your daily life. When working with you, I will seek to provide insight, structure, and guidance in an environment where you can express your feelings, and grow towards healthy and positive goals. You will never regret taking this step towards the change you want to see in your life! I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including non-directive child centered play therapy, sand-tray, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), anger management, skills building, and psycoeducation. My goal is to help every patient become empowered by change and learn life long problem-solving skills that lead to healthy choices and success. I received my Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Prior to joining the Ricci Psychology team, I spent over two years at Center for Child Counseling, Palm Beach FL, conducting individual, group, and family therapy. I continue to work to provide support for children/adolescents and their parents.
