My job is to guide you or your child to that destination; offering insight, tools and strategies so that you may successfully reach your goals. I work with children, teens, and young adults on a variety of issues including: anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral issues, and self esteem. I currently work as an independent contractor with Family Care Counseling Associates, Inc. I use a combination of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Play Therapy and Neurofeedback.
