I am a Licensed Professional Art Therapist. I believe deeply in developing treatment and therapeutic services tailored especially to your individuality and unique needs. Therapy is about defining self, learning core needs and developing a therapeutic partnership that helps you grow into your authentic and powerful self. I serve families, children, teens and adults and can tailor practices according to emotional and mental health needs. I am trained in advanced and modern psychotherapeutic methods that adress trauma, depression and anxiety, relational issues and other forms of pschological needs. I have extensive experience utilizing Art Therapy to help individuals and groups address memories, emotions and thoughts without the use of traditional talk therapies. I believe in the amazing healing power of therapeutic relationships. My goal in therapy is to reach out to, speak to, and nurture the core self, the true self, and assist my clients to reach their healing potentials.
