My work is especially helpful to those suffering from depression and the loss of loved ones whether its via death, or divorce/separation. I first address a re-focusing on the love of self and move outwards, because without developing or healing our true love of self, we can’t effectively love others. I am a person-centered therapist. I feel the healthy individual can create healthy relationships across all sectors of our lives. I combine talk therapies with holistic healing modalities such as Reiki, Crystal Healing and Magnified Healing energies. It’s a wholesome experience that fosters individual self-development. I have two offices near each other, one is more conducive to the practice of Reiki. I don’t believe in long term therapy. My goal is to foster your immediate healing so that you feel better, and more able to handle life’s challenges.
