Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is considered the most effective and first line treatment for insomnia. It can also be effective for nightmares and challenges adjusting to CPAP/biPAP therapies. I provide brief behavioral therapy and CBT for insomnia (CBT-I) and other behavioral sleep disorders. I’m currently only taking new patients with referrals from a current health care provider (e.g. primary care provider, sleep medicine provider, or mental health provider).
