Therapist Overview

My approach to talk therapy is based on identifying and integrating parts of the individual and their experiences to foster self-awareness, practical solutions and advance personal growth. I work with adults on a wide range of challenges from emotion regulation, attachment patterns, grief and interpersonal systems to more clinical issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma related disorders. I have a wide range of experiences that include facilitating group therapy, working with refugee/migrant communities, LGBTQIA clients and individual/family therapy related to substance use treatment.  I believe in an integrated approach to therapy that utilizes CBT, DBT, internal family systems and existential ideologies. My target in therapy is to build a collaborative relationship with the client in the here and now. I aspire to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for people to discover what they need during their therapeutic journey.
