As we begin to heal, our perspective of ourselves and others shift in ways that facilitate long-term and lasting change. I feel that sometimes being a human can be the most difficult thing in the world. Everything in life comes with a manual except for how to cope with life’s difficulties. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD for First Responders, Veterans Individual & Couples Therapy. I use Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Therapy (NLP) Parts, and Memory Therapy. This allows me to neutralize past events that hold us back from enjoying our current life. I can guarantee relief from symptoms within 3-6 sessions. Becoming a good therapist took me stepping in many of your shoes to receive great depths of empathy. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support.
