Katherine Dewey-Rosenfeld

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Over the course of my career I have worked in a variety of settings including home, residential, and clinic based counseling. The variety of settings have helped me learn to adapt my methods to best suit each individual, couple or family I work with. I believe in meeting a client where they are while also challenging them to take positive steps toward change and growth. Be it a gentle nudge or a more assertive push she believes it helps create a shift for those she sees. I often if not always utilize use my creativity, be it through the use of art therapy or therapeutic writing or in a simple task or “assignment” for outside of session along with her optimistic nature to help clients find meaning and purpose in order to gain confidence on their chosen path. I am currently accepting new clients and offer weekend appointments.
