I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples who are struggling with relationship difficulties, complicated trauma histories, depression, issues of identity and sexuality, life transitions, feeling a lack of meaning in life despite significant success, and those who have previously had unsatisfying experiences in therapy. I have found that my approach is often helpful for these individuals and their relationships due to my attention to the relationship between myself and the patient/patients, my commitment to attending to present needs as well as to the overarching therapeutic goals. I believe that therapy must be tailored to each person or relationship I am working with and I work in each session to achieve that fit.
