I have over 10 years of experience working with all types of clients. I work a lot with caregivers that are caring for aging parents or spouses. Caregiving is very tough work and it is necessary to get the help that you need for yourself during this time. I work with new moms and young adults trying to figure out their future plans. I help give my clients the tools that they need to live their life with less stress and worry. I offer in-home therapy to older adults that are home-bound or who have limited transportation available. My style is warm, genuine and open.
