My ideal client is someone who is getting curious about themselves and the circumstances they have taken for granted in their lives thus far. Someone who may struggle in relationships and who would like more intimacy in their life. Someone who is looking into the future and sees that they need help breaking out of old habits in order to achieve more joy and aliveness. My specialty is psychoanalytic psychotherapy, multiple times a week. Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is a way of understanding why we do what we do, with the goal of having more freedom – freedom to think and choose for ourselves.
