I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in counseling, and therefore a strengths-based person-centered approach is at the core of my work with my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or other challenges, I am here to support you on your journey. My care, concern and respect for my clients, as well as my belief in people’s capacity to develop to their maximum potential is what drives my passion for this work. I am told I am authentic and down to earth, and I whenever it can be helpful, I am willing to share my own experiences with you – as that often helps people to feel more hopeful. I strongly believe that “everyone needs a person,” a therapeutic advocate on their journey called life. I would be honored to be that person for you!
