I love working with clients who are maybe new moms freaking out about this little stranger they just popped out… Or that person who’s grown up feeling like their body never matched their true gender on the inside… Or someone who had a really traumatic birth, but doesn’t feel like they can talk about it because “someone else had it worse”. I love working with clients who are sassy, motivated, and are ready to dig into those mental health symptoms. If you want to work with someone who won’t BS you, but will be gentle at the same time, I’m your girl. My specialty is “Reproductive Mental Health”, which encompasses perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, sexual concerns, and infertility. Many of my clients are pregnant/postpartum moms who are feeling overwhelmed by their mental health symptoms. I also work with those affected by infertility. I offer support, validation, and practical advice. I work with a lot of clients with sexual concerns, including struggles related to “purity culture”, low desire, or not feeling like their sexual identity fits into their marriage/society/religion (excluding sex offenders). I am kink/poly/LGBTQIA-allied. My goal is for you to feel valued and accepted just the way you are. Meet with me and know your worth.
