If you struggle at times with mood or emotional regulation, situational stress, life transitions, loss and grief, anxiety, difficulties in the workplace, difficulties with family and other relationships, reactions to trauma, or just feel stuck, please know there is assistance to help get you through these difficult times. For over 15 years, I have worked with individuals in a practical and compassionate manner to support and empower them and to foster change. Using a humanistic approach, I utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical, and psychodynamic therapies. I work primarily with adults and adolescents age 13 and older. I have approximately 10 years working with a forensic population and related issues.
