Collaboratively we can unpack the root causes of your distress and help you find successful ways to cope with life’s difficult challenges. Finding the right therapist can be daunting. But, I am confident that you will let out a sigh of relief once you take the first step. More often than not, my clients say to me, “I wish I called you sooner!” Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have helped adults and adolescents work through trauma, anxiety, depression and other life stressors. My style is not “one size fits all” as you yourself are unique.
