I believe in the wisdom of the body, it is constantly communicating something to you, and your emotions are the messenger. I want to help you become an expert at your own body language so that you can heal what has happened to you, and make room for the truth of your soul, by learning to listen to your body’s deepest desires. Every single emotion that wants to move through your body is a biological tool for survival. I want to help you become fluent in the language of your emotions and how they move through your body. I combine body-centered psychotherapy, emotionally-focused therapy, expressive arts therapy, internal family systems therapy, CBT, and somatic embodiment. I want you to find your own, way. I do not want to find it for you. I want you to discover your own tools to help you get there, and I want to be there with you as you venture into the unknown of your own mind, body, and soul.
