I enjoy getting to know each of my clients and how I can best work with them. I strive to empower my clients to reach their goals and work with them through the therapeutic process. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and have a special interest in working with children/adolescents, trauma, anxiety and sexual abuse. I have experience treating a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I am committed to ongoing professional training to staying up to date on evidence based practices. I am trained in EMDR therapy, expressive arts therapy (including dance and yoga interventions), TF-CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing.
