You’re ready for a change and I will help you determine the best path to reach your goals. Change and healing can be a scary place. You are not meant to walk the entire journey alone. I’m here to help relieve some of the burden, to walk beside you and teach you skills you can use for a lifetime. I use clinically proven methods, at times integrating expressive arts, to promote results. I have specialized training in the treatment of trauma, specifically sexual trauma, in adults, adolescents and children. I am also trained to work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and parents who need support. Clients have shared they appreciate my patience and have felt accepted and encouraged while working with me. I feel honored to help people define and tell their stories. Sometimes we get stuck in just one part of our story. My goal is to help you build a pathway to a new story of hope, of triumph and of strength.
