I assist women seeking help for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, trauma, career stress, pregnancy depression/anxiety, grief/loss, infertility, postpartum mental health, self care, and more. Maternal Mental Health (MMH) disorders include a range of disorders such as, depression, anxiety, and psychosis and can occur within pregnancy or the postpartum period (together often referred to as the perinatal period). When left untreated, these disorders can cause devastating consequences for the mother, her baby, her family and society. There is no shame in getting help and wanting to feel like yourself again. I will be happy to help you see your strengths, teach you tools to persevere, help you find hope and build resilience.
