Michele Davis Dryerman

I am an experienced licensed Psychotherapist who works with adults of all ages in a non-judgmental and supportive manner. Some areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, domestic violence, infertility, and loss. I view the therapy experience as a collaborative effort. I am your partner and we will work towards a better understanding of your experiences as well as any negative patterns that seem to get in your way. I believe we are destined to repeat negative patterns unless we are able to uncover what is fueling them. The goal is always for you to be able to live the satisfying and productive life you deserve. I am an empathic, insightful, warm person and always listen with an open mind. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are having a hard time coping, whether due to past abuse, a difficult childhood or trying to deal with all life’s challenges. I truly want you to find a place of internal peace. Life can be hard. Many times we don’t understand why we feel a certain way or do some of the things we do. You hold the answer within you. Your experiences provide the pieces to the puzzle. I will do my best to listen closely and help you put them together in a way that you are then able to truly live wholeheartedly. You deserve this.
