Who I Serve

I work with the young adult and adult population on a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, body image/self-esteem, trauma and grief. I also have extensive experience with substance use and addiction. I utilize techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In therapy, we will work together to find the approach that best works for you, to empower continued growth and fulfillment. I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) practicing in Washington, DC. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan. I completed my clinical internship at Michigan Medicine’s Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic, where I received advanced training in individual and group therapy. I am working towards my LICSW licensure in DC. My approach to therapy is empathetic and understanding. Within the therapeutic relationship, we create a safe, collaborative atmosphere for you to gain greater insight into yourself and the issues you are facing. I provide evidence-based treatment that focuses on clients achieving their individual treatment goals.
