I believe deeply in the therapeutic process. I believe in seasons of growth and moments when extra support is crucial to development. I love transitional work and helping weather times of change. Young people are my specialty – connecting with tweens, teens and twenty-somethings, or helping the parents who love them. Depression, anxiety, identity, sadness, family dynamics, loneliness, grief, transitions, loss, anger – what do you do in the face of the overwhelming? I am on your side and in your corner and I believe change is always possible. I bring in a mind-body perspective to all my work, and believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship. My work is always evolving and shifting because the people I encounter are fluid. I am open to the possibility that you know exactly what you need, and I am confident enough to suggest interventions when you don’t know where to start. I have over 10 years experience working in a variety of settings: an outpatient recovery program in San Francisco, group homes in Central California, military installations worldwide, private practice and even an international school in Amman, Jordan. I am a recent transplant to Bozeman, and my husband and I are raising 2 delightful boys.
