For over twenty years I have I helped adult individuals and couples identify and unravel the issues that are causing emotional pain or relational conflict. I identify patterns that are undermining relationships and teach communication skills that clarify emotional and relational needs. I teach couples how to talk through the current or past difficult and hurtful issues that are making it impossible to feel loved and valued in the relationship.
