My experience has taught me that walking these challenging paths of life alongside a caring professional can bring personal clarity, healthier relationships, and greater life satisfaction. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience helping diverse clients, from young-adult professional students managing anxiety, to aging individuals and their caregivers. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I pay particular attention to clients’ social & cultural identities. Social justice is a core value of my clinical work. It is a privilege to do this work. I respect the intrinsic strengths, dignity, and worth of all people. I also believe relationships are the primary way people heal.
