Psychotherapy is a collaborative process built on a trusted relationship. I will work with you to make sense of a current struggle, become more self-aware and self-compassionate, and enhance your wellbeing. You may have experienced trauma in the past, are coping with grief or significant life changes, have anxiety or stress, or are having relationship difficulties. You may be a parent of a child whom is struggling and need a space for yourself. I offer art therapy and talk therapy to my clients in a safe, innovative therapeutic space. We will explore your strengths and find ways to build on positive emotions in therapy together. I use an integrated, client-centered approach with adults and adolescents at my office in downtown Bristol. I offer mindfulness and arts-based practices to support growth and self-acceptance, leading to symptom relief and self-understanding. I work with clients so that they may make their own discoveries in this collaborative, healing process. I will safely guide you along in the process of knowing and honoring yourself as you are, while working toward healing and growth. The art therapy process is transformative, and cultivating the source of creativity within provides you with a direct connection to your sense of wellbeing.
