Clients come to me with curiosity about the mind body-connection and an interest in recovering access to self-love; an internal resource that can become obscured by trauma and other overwhelming experiences. I am a clinical social worker and intuitive Reiki practitioner. I believe that when painful experiences are pushed outside of our conscious awareness, they become stored in our physical and energetic bodies, leading to further physical and emotional discomfort. I provide an accessible, empowering and holistic path to healing.
